One of my niches for breakfast each morning is my Soufflés. It’s something that is easy to prepare and the presentation comes out beautiful. You can be as creative as you like each morning or even once a week and call it the “Soufflé of the Day”! I open the refrigerator and out comes something different each morning and you can create any soufflé with the types of bread you use and even the various cheeses that you find…for example, uniekaas cheese and add pears. Try something exotic and pair your fruits with cheeses and enjoy one amazing Soufflé for breakfast or even dinner…
It takes about 15 – 20 minutes to prepare and I cook them at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes.
