The gracious Southern hospitality offered by owner Carl and his daughter Bailey, transplants from coastal Texas, sets the tone for the Capitol Hill Mansion B & B Inn. It begins as you are welcomed with soft music playing in your room and carried over to the early evening wine tastings of fine Colorado wines.
