The wealthy of Denver flocked to "Millionaires Row" constructing luxurious mansions. Architecture that incorporated a variety of classical styles was noted for its flamboyance became known as the "Denver Style." Each owner whimsically added turrets, spires and porches and the finished home rarely bore any resemblance to the original design.

The building in which the Inn is located is a historic 1891 ruby sandstone mansion built in the Richardson Romanesque style architecture. It is situated in the historic neighborhood of Capital Hill, downtown Denver and once known as "Millionaires Row", one of Denver's original high-end neighborhoods. The mansion is a Denver and National Landmark and has been given historic designation from the Landmark Preservation Commission, Colorado State Register of Historic Properties and the National Register of Historic Places. The mansion is within four (4) blocks of the State of Colorado Capital building, three (3) blocks to the History Colorado Museum, four (4) blocks to the Denver Art Museum, (1) block to the Molly Brown House Museum, and (2) blocks to the Vance Kirkland Museum, known as the “Museum District” and (5) blocks to the 16th Street mall and many other area attractions.

Eight elegantly appointed rooms and suites offer turn-of-the-century opulence with modern day flair. Some rooms feature private balconies, gas fireplaces, and whirlpool tubs.
